ezBook is a highly configurable online seat booking application for small to medium sized amateur dramatic clubs. It allows customers to book seats online and pay using cheque or Paypal. The club ticket administrator issues tickets when payment is received and can see the booking status of all seats at a glance.

ezBook Features

• Configurable Seating Plans to accommodate most theatre layouts.

• Colour coded seats indicate the type of seat (stalls, tiered, balcony, disabled etc).

• Choice of payment types; Cheque, Paypal (via a Paypal Buy Now button).

• Email confirmation when a seat is booked via configurable templates.

Extensive Administration Functions

• The Administration screens are accessed via a Login screen with full session management (timeout if not in use etc)

• Seats can be booked or un-booked.

• Complimentary seats can be assigned.

• Full booking details can be seen for each seat booking.

• Number of seats provisionally booked (i.e. awaiting payment) and confirmed (payment received) for each show clearly shown.

• Unpaid bookings clearly shown.

Other Features

• All administration and booking activity is logged for audit purposes and is viewable in the Administration screen

• Seating Plans can easily be taken offline by the Administrator and a message of your choice displayed

• Email address extraction for communications/contact purposes

• Advanced search facilities for finding a booking

• Versatile configuration to accommodate the majority of requirements
